NON Brambleton Residents: School's Out Sewing Camp 1/19/26

(Monday) 9:30-2:30 $165

While school is out, spend the day sewing! This class is suitable for beginners and more experienced sewists.  We’ll learn sewing machine basics and then use that knowledge to complete a project. For this class we will be making patchwork snowmen. We’ll also have time for snacks, lunch and some bonus crafting/sewing projects as time allows.  All supplies are included. You just need to bring your own water, nut free snacks and lunch!

Sewing Camp is held at the Corner Pool Clubhouse, 42255 Palladian Blue Terrace, Brambleton VA 20148

Details:

  • Sewing machines will be provided!

  • We have class notion kits that include everything you need for successful sewing, including pins, snips, clips, etc!

  • Students should bring a nut free snack and lunch

  • Class is for ages 9 (or current 3rd grader) and up

Drawstring bags are so fun to make—we will get to play with ribbons, beads and of course, all the cute fabric! Kids will be using scissors, needles, and irons. Please make sure they are aware that they will need to follow safety instructions and parents will need to sign a waiver.

We will have several types of fabric available, in both seasonal designs and fun colors and prints.
